Hello! I know this is a long shot, my husband and I have had a terrible two years financially due to a few deaths and some other things that I’d be open to going into detail privately about.
We’re working on getting our credit up to be able to buy/rent again, but I’m just posting this in hopes that maybe someone would be generous enough to throw us a bone in the housing situation.
We are 23 years old with a 3 month old daughter and 2 cats.
Looking for at least two bedroom, mobile home, house, apartment, anything.
We’re looking to ideally own, but rent to own privately through the owner would probably be our only option because we won’t qualify for loans through a bank.
If renting we would just need someone to overlook our credit.
We are clean people, we both work and have a stable income with minimal bills.
We also are willing to move relatively anywhere.
We are currently in Blakeslee but are willing to go Mt Pocono, Tobyhanna, Easton, Scranton, Bethlehem, Wilkes, even Jersey.
I know a lot who see this will probably laugh at it but it won’t hurt to try.
If anyone knows anyone or is willing to help us we would greatly appreciate it.
