IT Support Technician I

Provides primary technical end user support of personal computer workstations and associated peripherals in support for the organization’s Physician Alignment initiatives and projects .
This may include diagnosis and troubleshooting of all organizational software, hardware and Operating Systems.
Position may be assigned to any AHS facility.
Hours may be modified at the discretion of Client Services Management as necessary to provide 24/7 customer support.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
NJ Drivers License with “clean” driving record.
Responsible for the transport of AHS computer equipment between AHS facilities utilizing AHS vehicle.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Provide written documentation for software installations to include directions for other specialists.
Provide timely resolution to all assigned calls and or tasks.
Act as an ambassador of the department dealing with all of our customers in a professional manner.
Escalate calls with necessary detail to Level III Support staff or departmental management when resolution cannot be achieved.
Interact with the AHS, Customer Support Center (CSC) to assure timely closure to all assigned tasks.
Interact with all ISS staff members to achieve successful implementation and maintenance of organizational hardware and software.
Answer all email, voice mail, pages and written documents in a timely manner.
