Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner - Respond to maintenance requests from various departments - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs Qualifications: - Mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to weld and perform basic electrical work - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
