Overview: We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating.
Responsibilities: - Analyze project documents to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates - Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing - Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents - Develop accurate and detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment Qualifications: - Proven experience in construction estimating and project management - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.
