Production Shift Manager- 2nd shift

*_Join a Great Team!_* Managing day to day tasks and activities of all departments on the off shifts.
Training and delegating authority to the supervisors and key subordinates of the production, quality, sanitation, shipping/receiving, and maintenance departments to achieve plant objectives and goals.
*Job Description:* Provides leadership and ensuring clear communication of instructions to create understanding across all departments during the off shifts.
Acts as a liaison between the off shifts and department managers.
Work on continuous improvement of KPI’s.
*Job Requirements:* * Must have 5-7 years of Supervisory and Leadership experience.
* Must have prior manufacturing experience, food manufacturing ideal.
* Must demonstrate ability to manage on production floor 70% of the time and process administrative tasks 30% of the time.
* Must be able to develop action plans and execute them.
* Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of organization.
* Must be computer proficient with Microsoft office.
* Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.
* Must be able a problem solver, be able to analyze problems and implement changes for improvement.
* Must be customer centric/focused.
* Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
00 - $80,000.
