*Moynihan Companies seeks to hire a very skilled and reliable master carpenter for home building, and retail maintenance and repair work.
This is a job for a very experienced and responsible individual.
THIS IS A PHYSICAL WORKING POSIITON.
CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO BUILD ENTIRE BUILDING FROM LAYOUT TO FINISH WORK AND SUPERVISE ALL OTHER TRADES SUCH AS PLUMBING AND ELECTICAL*
WE DO COMMERICAL AND RESIDENTIAL WORK OF ALL KINDS:
Must be a master at all building skills including but not limited to: Concrete, form and finish, block, wall building, tile, acoustics ceilings, framing- (Commercial, residential, structural) , rfp, Sheetrock, taping, trim work and all carpentry (stairs, decks, doors, windows, railings) painting, machine operating, masonry, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
Candidate to bring own tools is highly preferred, and company vehicle will be provided.
Our company will buy any tool or supplies requested of the hired candidate, per each job specification but candidate must have his own ancillary tools.
We are adamant about equipping our employees with anything they need to get their tasks accomplished as efficient as possible.

-Residential and commercial Sheetrock and taping

-Interior and exterior trim and molding of all kinds
-Flooring: Hardwood, Carpet, linoleum
-Tile
-Kitchens and bathrooms full construction
-Countertops, cabinets
-Acoustic ceilings
-Banisters, and railings
-FRP, other kitchen/ supermarket amenities
-Painting
-Handyman work of all kinds

*Hours: Mon-Sat 7:00am-5:00pm (Saturday 3:30pm)*
*Pay: $80,000-$100,000 PER YEAR, depending on level of ability.
Typical work day will be between 8-10 hour days, plus lunch time.
