Shift Supervisor

United Envelope is a leading manufacturer in the direct mail industry.
Our Mount Pocono, PA facility is seeking candidates for a Supervisory position on our night shift.
Our facility operates on a 12 hour 24/7 shift schedule.
The shift operates from 7 p.
m.
to 7 a.
m.
with one week of four days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday) and three days in the second week (Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday).
The ideal candidate will have: prior management experience in overseeing a production facility involving 60 employees in various departments prior manufacturing experience and/or mechanical background are preferred prior experience managing in a Union setting is preferred ability to manage tight lead times and ensure consistency in meeting customers' production dates strong organizational skills the ability to work as part of a team across four shifts Management degree preferred but not required A full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with match are provided as well as paid time off programs.
