*Position Details:*
Monday –Friday from 7A – 3P
*JOB SUMMARY*
Assists the Operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met.
This person may, at times, assist the Operator with the set-up of the carton line machine.
This person has knowledge of all types of product/paper that is run on the machines.
Follows all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and ensures direct reports adhere to the company safety policies and procedures.
Also maintains the machines to include general maintenance, cleaning and trouble-shooting.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *
1.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows the prescribed safety regulations.
3.
May assist the Operator with carton line set up.
4.
Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to meet production deadlines.
5.
Assists Operator with preventative maintenance on machines as required.
*Other Functions*
1.
Must be able to work independently.
3.
Daily contact with co-workers, management, third party vendors and customers requiring courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.
Employee understands they are a representative of the employer.
4.
Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Requires a minimum of one year of light manufacturing experience
