Parts Counter Clerk Representative
OPEN ROAD is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Parts Counter Rep.
to join our team of automotive professionals.
As a Parts Counter Rep your primarily focus is on getting the right parts to the right people at the right time and engaging with customers as the face of OPEN ROAD throughout the day.
What You Do
Recruit and Manage New Business Relationships
Building long-term relationships with the customers
Handling cash charge transactions correctly
Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made
Lifting merchandise up to 60 lbs for deliveries
Follows all Safeguards and OSHA rules and regulations.
Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

Reynolds experience a plus
BMW Parts Certifications a plus
