Vintage 1960's Teisco Checkmate 50 Tube Amp w/ Original 2 x 15 Speaker - $400 (Jonas)

Rare Teisco Check Mate 50 tube amp with matching cab! This is one of those garage sale finds where you buy it from the original owner.
It's dirty and dusty and looks a bit rough.
You have low expectations, but get it home, and it works! Both channels and both speakers work.
Reverb and tremolo "work".
That being said, it does have a hum and dirty pots at the very least.
It has all the original tubes and has probably never been serviced.
It will need a cap job and a full going-over by a good tech.
Sold As-Is.
