Production Shift Manager

A Production Shift Manager is critical to the success of Base Lab Tools and serves a vital role in the company’s mission to provide custom and standard products to the scientists, researchers and businesses we serve.
As a Production Shift Manager you will be responsible for: * Safety and Security * Internal Communication * Inventory Management * Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness * Managing Crew * Production Quality * Standard Operating Procedures * Scheduling * Training * Continuous Improvement Qualifications: * High mechanical aptitude and math skills * Handy with tools * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Team results focus * Management experience - setting and achieving goals * Minimum High School / Associates or above preferred.
