In remembering my younger life when I was living in Fort Dix, NJ.
My father was a lifer US Army.
It was 1961-1964.
I was at the verge puberty between the ages of 9 and 11/ We would play Army all summer long.
In terrorizing the neighborhood, I ouldn't help but notice that 4 out of every 5 homes had a Nazi Flag haning in the living room When we would ask why they were so prominently displayed, we were told the same thing.
.
.
It was taken in combat when a village was vacated by the Nazis.
Each Non Com was very proud of that.
Any of you who was in the same situation but later, I would like to ask.
.
.
Did the Non Coms display any Viet Cong flags??? We lost that war, but won a lot of the battles.
Just intersted.
