Awning works great.
Good tires just did trip to Pulaski for some Salmon fishing with no problems.
Has been winterized.
New deep cycle battery, 2 propane tanks, accessories etc.
The furnace does not light, air blows and it clicks but no ignition.
Also has hole on inside wall at head of bed that will need to be patched (or not).
Stove fan not working either.
All should be easy fixes.
Insurance/market value is around $15,500.
