Hollander cross reference manual placed this distributor on a Ford Truck, series 100 to 600, 1960-62, 292 2bbl.
may also fit 54-56 239, 272, 292 and 312 as well - CAUTION, many of the earlier Y blocks have slotted oil pump drive on the bottom of the shaft.
This is a later model, with the hex drive.
