Job Summary:
As an HR Coordinator at Illicit Gardens New Jersey LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions.
You will be responsible for processing CRC (Cannabis Regulatory Commission) cards for new hires, facilitating the onboarding process, and addressing general HR inquiries.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
* Process CRC (Cannabis Regulatory Commission) cards for new hires, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
* Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and collecting required documentation.
* Respond to general HR inquiries from employees regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
* Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
* Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Provide support for recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Assist with employee relations initiatives, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Stay informed about changes in state regulations and industry standards related to HR practices and compliance.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in HR coordination or administrative support role required.
* Knowledge of New Jersey cannabis regulations and experience processing CRC cards is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
